🔍 About the Project: PWNHealth, now part of Everly Health, specializes in diagnostic testing and telehealth service where licensed clinicians review test results and provide follow-up recommendations.
PWNHealth connects individuals to certified labs offering a variety of validated lab tests. They provide clinical oversight, lab connectivity, results management, and care delivery to various partners across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada.
PWNHealth operates as a provider of clinical services and health management solutions, often working directly with other businesses, such as healthcare organizations, employers, and insurers.
🕵️♀️ My role: as the UX/UI and product designer, I was responsible for leading the design efforts, ensuring the final products were intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with PWNHealth's strategic objectives.

Labs Module is designed to streamline the ordering, processing, and management of lab tests. It offers an integrated solution for healthcare Partners and Physicians, making lab testing more efficient.
The module integrates with electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring test results are updated automatically in Patients' medical records. It adheres to security regulations like HIPAA to protect patient data and confidentiality.

Physicians manage orders through the module, ranging from routine blood tests to specialized diagnostics. They can Approve, Cancel, and Reject orders.
The platform provides secure access to lab results, allowing Physicians to review and interpret test outcomes. UI provides real-time updates on test progress, helping to manage turnaround times.

Order Details page contains personal info of the Patient, contact info of the Lab, test results, order status timeline and technical logs.
Tests, results and values can be automatically and manually uploaded and reviewed here by Physicians. After the review, they can notify Patients about completion, export PDF and send results to Patients.

Orders by Test helps to reveal most common tests, aiding in inventory management, and to detect emerging health trends.
